Initial conversations are no cost, a rough estimate can be provided at this time. This is just a rough estimate. Once ready to proceed, a $100 design fee is requested. This fee is to cover the initial design and detailed estimate development.
If the project and scope are agreed upon, the 100 dollars will be applied to the project cost.

I work with hardwoods and have a few local suppliers available. Typical available woods include Walnut, Cherry, Ash, Hickory, Mahogany and Oak.

Prior to starting work, a deposit covering the costs of the materials, finishes and required hardware (slides, drawer handles, hinges, etc...) will be required. The consultation price will be applied to this deposit. Once the design has been agreed upon, changes are discouraged and may add to overall project cost once materials have been aquired and work has started.
